Regardless of your reason, get ready to drop the hammer and kick it into overdrive with 500s, 1000s, and 2000s. There’s also going to be fun stuff such as coxswain races, relays, and a quick Learn to Erg (to get your spouse/parents/friends to sweat a bit as well).
