Masters Blue

This coached program meets three times a week (Tuesday and Thursday evening, Saturday morning, and then will shift to Saturday and Sunday morning practices). Masters Blue rowers are able to:

  • Row at race pace (~28-32 spm) for 1k in a racing single maintaining a reasonable line
  • Commit to training hard (with a focus on regatta preparation

New rowers are welcome to join the team at any point during the season!

Masters team members can also row outside of structured practices as long as they abide by the Independent Rowing guidelines and requirements.

All Masters Blue Team lineups (practice and racing) are determined by the Head Coach. Masters Blue Team members must hold an active USRowing membership.
