BRC is Charlotte’s choice for recreational and competitive rowing for youth (12+) and adults of all ages. We are located in Belmont, NC. where we row on the calm waters of the Catawba River out of the Riverside Marina – just across the river from Charlotte, south of Charlotte International Airport, between Lake Wylie and Mountain Island Lake. We offer a variety of rowing opportunities for youth and adults including Summer Camps, Learn to Scull/Sweep, Indoor Rowing and Strength Training, as well as year-round rowing with youth and adult teams. Whether you are looking for competitive rowing opportunities, improving your skills and fitness in at recreational pace, or have no prior experience, come experience the beauty of the Catawba River and the supportive community of BRC rowers!

Ride along with a coach during an on-water practice or stop by an Indoor Rowing class. Please be sure to sign a Participation Agreement before coming.
BRC uses the iCrew team management platform to manage registrations, process payments, and obtain all required documentation.
Upon your first login you will be required to create a profile before you can register for any BRC programming.
Once registered and prior to your first practice you will need to e-sign the Participation Agreement, Code of Conduct and USRowing waiver located in the “My Documents” section of your iCrew account.
