Our Youth Team is for middle and high school youth (starting ~12 years old) who have some rowing experience. Most rowers will join our Youth Team after completing a Learn to Row Camp. Rowers will increase their training volume and intensity in order to prepare for the upcoming race season. New youth are welcome to join the team at any point during the season! Special exceptions can be requested using our contact form.
Attendance at all scheduled practices is expected as it is a key factor in determining race lineups. Athletes who cannot commit to the full training schedule can still participate, but should not expect to be consistently boated with the varsity crews.

2024 Youth Team Programs – Fall
Fall training runs from August 17th to November 10th and the cost is a one time payment of $1220 o4 410/month.

2024 Youth Team Registration
Youth interested in joining our Youth Team who have not already participated in one of our Learn to Row programs may request an exception using our contact form.
Current rowers should log into iCrew, Go to “My Teams”, “Join or Leave Team” and select your new team, or ask your coach.
BRC uses the iCrew team management platform to manage registrations, process payments, and obtain all required documentation. Upon your first login you will be required to create a profile before you can register for any BRC programming. Once registered and prior to your first practice you will need to e-sign the Participation Agreement, Code of Conduct and USRowing waiver located in the “My Documents” section of your iCrew account.
